Job Qualifications:

With at least 1 year experience in handling EEG Machine
Capable of doing long term EEG monitoring

Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary:

Assists the Unit Head/Pulmonary Service officer in planning and organizing activities of the department; performs diagnostic services such as Arterial Blood Gas (ABG), Pulmonary function Tests (PFT) and Inhalation therapy (IT); maintains and promotes hygiene and contamination control through sterilization of equipments; assists in evaluating products for the supplies requirements and evaluates quality of work procedure, acquires knowledge and competence in the performance in the course of their learning.

Job Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Male or Female.
Not more than 35 years old.

Medical Technologist

Job Summary:

Performs laboratory examinations and related procedures under the supervision of the Technologist-in-Charge of the Section. Occasionally, he/she may be assigned as Technologist-in-Charge in the latter’s absence or inability to discharge his/her duties.

Job Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Medical Technologist.
Male or Female.
21-26 years old.

Must have a good communication skills.
Knowledgeable to different areas of Laboratory.

Medical Secretaries and Clerks

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course.
Female.
21-26 years old.
Must be patient-oriented person.

Medical Technologist (Nuclear Medicine)

Job Qualifications:

Registered Medical Technologist.
Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Nuclear Medicine.
Preferably Male with medium built, due to the work requirement.

Corporate Social Responsibility Officer (CSR Program Officer)

Job Summary:

Implement in direct collaboration with the Head of CSR the Green Rebellion (environment program) and Men Caring for Women (gender program). Provide technical inputs to the assigned Social Workers assigned to the Community and School Health Programs. Jointly implement the yearly SHINE Awards with the Advocacy and Partnership Assistant (APA). Together with the Head of CSRO will develop capacity building tools for utilization in the MDH adopted community and school. Shall ensure the accurate and timely consolidation and submission of CSR Reports for the MDH Board, CSR Quarterly Scorecard. Collaborate directly with stakeholders and program partners. Acts as Officer In Charge in the absence of the CSR Head.

Education: Candidate must be a graduate of BS Social Work, a board exam passer with an active license for social work.

Work Experience: With at least 5 years work experience in program development or social work from a non government organization.

Required Skills:

Proven technical efficiency in writing and speaking both Filipino and English.
Technical proficiency in writing proposals, report and data analysis.
Well verse in both the global and local issues including development actions being taken in the areas of health, education, gender, environment, livelihood and disaster resiliency.
With good organization skills and time management.
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop.

Advocacy and Partnership Assistant
Corporate Social Responsibility Office

Job Summary:

Responsible for the direct implementation and monitoring of the MDH Corporate Social Responsibility Office Circle of Partners.

In charge of all the communication write-ups pertaining to CSR programs, activities and events including award entries.

External and internal communication to various CSR stakeholders including writing of proposal to donors/partners and preparation and managing of CSR events.

Education: Candidate must be a graduate of Development Communication, Organizational Communication, Community Development or relevant degrees in Arts and Sciences.

Work Experience: With at least three (3) years minimum experience in undertaking capacity and partnership building gained from a humanitarian organization practicing internationally recognized principles and discipline.

Required Skills:

Proven technical proficiency in writing and speaking both Filipino and English.
Well verse in both the global and local issues including development actions being taken in the areas of health, education, gender, environment, livelihood and disaster resiliency.
Understand development program data management and utilization
Proficiency in developing communication tools including IEC materials, videos, posters and press releases, etc.
Well verse in organizing and managing events
Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and Video editing software.
Well organized and efficient at time management.

Radiologic Technologist
Ambulatory and Diagnostic Clinic – Sumulong Highway, Marikina

(Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina)

Job Summary:

Performs various X-Ray procedure for the patients of the Ambulatory and Diagnostic Clinic.

Education: Graduate of Bachelors in Science in Radiologic Technology, a board passer with an active license to practice.

Work Experience: Not required.

Required Skills:

With good time management skills and organization skills .

Knowledgeable in performing X-Ray procedures.

Other Requirement:

Applicants MUST reside from Marikina, Pasig, Rizal, Quezon City or any nearby cities.

 

Social Worker- Corporate Social Responsibility Office

Job Summary:

Ensures that Hospital Services are provided to CSR patients in accordance with the policy guidelines set up by the Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility being implemented by CSRO

Provides direct and indirect services to CSR patient and their families from program application, socio-economic assessment

Improvement of CSR programs and services of the hospital.

Education:

Applicant must be a graduate of BS Social Work with an active license to practice

Work Experience:

No work experience required.

Other Skills Required:

Proven efficiency in writing and speaking both Filipino and English

With good organization skills and time management
